个人简介

博士，教授，博士研究生导师，南京医科大学生理学系主任。2005年本科毕业于南京医科大学临床医学系，2010年博士毕业于南京医科大学药理学系，2008-2012年先后在新加坡国立神经科学研究所和新加坡国立大学从事高级研究助理和博士后工作。2012年作为引进人才受聘于南京医科大学生理学系，期间于2016-2017年在美国克利夫兰医学中心Lerner研究所从事博士后研修。2次入选江苏省高校“青蓝工程”培养对象。主要研究方向为离子通道在心血管疾病中的作用及机制，并利用膜片钳和微血管收缩检测系统筛选潜在的离子通道调节剂。过去几年在包括Circ Res、PNAS、Hypertension、ATVB、Cardiovasc Diabetol等杂志发表第一/通讯作者SCI论文十余篇，参编教材或专著4部。主持国家自然科学基金4项，江苏省自然科学基金2项，其他省部级项目2项。目前担任中国生理学会理事、中国生理学会循环生理专委会和教育信息化专委会委员、江苏省生理科学学会副理事长。

研究方向

There are two research areas in my study: 1) the roles of ion channels and their mechanisms in the genesis and development of vascular hypertension; 2) molecular mechanisms of ion channels in the cardiac arrhythmia. We also use patch-clamp technique and small arterial contraction measurement system to screen potential ion channel modulators, which maybe provide new agents in the management of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and arrhythmia.
